WHY Publish a Book?
Welcome, welcome, welcome … we’re off and running!
In our introduction we told you this e-course would cover the HARD questions about writing and publishing. So let’s begin.
As noted, WHY is not the first question in our question’s list (Who, What, When, Where, Why, How and How Much), but it’s the one that carries the most weight. Answering this KEY question gets your project off to the right start.
You’d think that this question requires a lengthy answer, but it could be a relatively short one. It all depends on you and your story. Here’s a short list of WHY possibilities that you might launch from:
To share insight on a particular subject
To tell my story
To tell my story MY way!
To delve deeply into a subject
To gain fame and fortune
And, of course, there are many, many more. Use the worksheet in today’s session to pull out the reasons you’re writing a book.
This introspective examination should fuel your passion anew and get your started on a future best-seller.
That’s all for today. I’ll leave you to get started on today’s worksheet.
